Ceylon cinnamon oil is obtained by steam distilling the leaves, resulting in a yield of around 1.6% to 1.8%. Our focus on sustainability guarantees a reliable supply of this highly sought-after oil from well-managed plantations in the region, available year-round except during the rainy season (October to January). Before distillation, the harvested cinnamon leaves are carefully dried to enhance the extraction process.
