Virgin Coconut Oil

Our virgin coconut oil is produced using the cold-pressed method, ensuring its exceptional quality and purity. Beginning with the crushing and drying of the white coconut kernel under controlled temperatures, the dehydrated coconut kernel is then cold pressed to extract the oil. This careful process, carried out under controlled temperatures and adhering to stringent food hygiene standards, preserves the natural ingredients and vitamins present in the oil. With a high content of medium chain triglycerides (MCT), our cold pressed virgin coconut oil is known for its health benefits and versatility.

Coconut Milk

Starting with the careful process of de-shelling the coconut and removing the brown skin (testa), we obtain a pure white kernel. This kernel is then disintegrated, steamed, and pressed using a stainless-steel screw press, resulting in the extraction of rich coconut milk. To ensure consistent quality, the extracted milk is standardized, homogenized, canned, and autoclaved. The end result is our canned organic coconut milk, which boasts a fat content ranging from 9% to 24%.

Our coconut flour is derived through a mechanical process, without any chemical alterations, purely from virgin coconut oil cake. With its unique characteristics, it brings a delightful twist to kitchen creations, from breads and cakes to pies and other baked goods.

Not only does it add a unique flavor and texture, but it also offers several health advantages. This gluten-free and hypoallergenic flour is suitable for individuals with dietary restrictions. It’s an excellent choice for those following a low-carb eating plan or a weight loss program, thanks to its high fiber content that promotes a feeling of fullness. With fewer net carbs compared to other flours, coconut flour is perfect for baking low-carb breads and other delicious treats.
