Cloves FAQ is a mixture of Full Bud Cloves, Headless Cloves and some Stems.

MACE (FLOWER OF NUTMEG)

The flower covering the nutmeg seed which is an enticing mix of red, orange and yellow is composed of higher concentration of certain essential oils and aroma than nutmeg. The spice contains fixed oil trimyristin, and many essential volatile oils.

Grades of Cloves

Each clove bud is meticulously handpicked at the ideal length of 1.5-2 cm. Following harvest, the buds are naturally sun-dried to perfection. Subsequently, a detailed grading process takes place, assessing the cloves based on size, color, appearance, and the presence of stems and headless cloves.
